I had an appointment today for a full eye test and health check. The optician, Tessa, was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend her services and expertise. The service advisors were also fantastic. I cant rate this store enough. Thank you so much.

I unfortunately sat on my reading glasses, one of the lenses came away, I couldnt effect a repair my self, so took them into Boots Opticians in Devizes, hoping they could help, I wasnt very confident that they could repair them quickly, (I was only briefly visiting the area). Without any hesitation, the spectacles were taken from me and taken out back, and then promptly returned, fixed, no charge. They then assisted me to select a pair off the shelf reading glasses (as backup in case it happens again). All members of staff were magnificent, cheerful, so helpful, and it was a most pleasant experience. Thankyou to you all.

Fabulous opticians, all the latest machinery and great selection of glasses, but most impressive is how much time they give to each appointment, nothing rushed and therefore extremely happy customers! All staff excellent.

Seven attempts to call this opticians to try to speak to someone within the devizes branch!! I never got though it just bounced to their switchboard who couldn't help... Maybe you need more staff.
