I was a tenant in a Jones Robinson property until recently, and they were excellent in supporting me during my tenancy, including swift repairs, and every member of the team was considerate and friendly. Woeful levels of communication and service throughout. A laissez-faire approach throughout a protracted four month transaction. I have no idea what roles the Sales Manager and Office Manager play. Failed to communicate the absence of probate on property being purchased. I will avoid this agent at all costs in future.

I found Toby and Andrew to be always on the case and very helpful in getting our move into Devizes all done and dusted. Toby, although I am technically his customer always did the best he could for us and always communicated when he said he would We are impressed.

Very smooth process selling our property with Jones robinson, always able to contact someone when you need an update and Andrew was very good at pushing along solicitors to get all the paperwork done in a convenient time frame. And Martin was very good at taking the pictures and getting the property listed to right move.

From the beginning of our long journey from the Probate valuation of our late parents house to completion of sale , Jones Robinson have been an amazing company,that have reassured me throughout. Martin Walker came for the initial Probate valuation and was informative, respectful and helpful. After other Probate valuations I had no doubt but to ask Jones Robinson to sell the family home, as I felt most comfortable with them. Mikyle came and was very knowledgeable, and advised us on all aspects of the house sale. We were pleased with all the interest that the house generated and the company arranged an open house day, all lines of communication were thoroughly well organised. Andrew through out the process has been understanding and gave me positive guidance, updating me at every stage. Thank you to all the team, you are all fantastic and made an emotional farewell to our family home an easier process.
