        Devices is just one big council car parking money machine,All the designated car parks are empty because its not worth paying the parking fees. Keep driving!

        On the day of the visit, the parking was not accepting cars due to an ongoing event. It took a while to realise this as the app for payment was just refusing to accept payment. There was no announcement in the app to alert about this.

        Handy car park to access the canal path. Also has parking bays for caravans and motor homes. No toilets here but there are a number of cafes nearby heading into town with such facilities.
