Horrible penny pinching people to deal with... High rent for poor conditions, They don't treat mold or damp conditions seriously enough putting profit before peoples health... they often rent out propertys that are in a serious need of repair. Complaining or trying to resolve any issues with them may result in targeted eviction. Edit: After the death of a 2 year old boy, I had to revisit this as it could of been us our son was newborn and constantly ill. Im disgusted that they did and by all accounts still don't do anything other than blaming the it on lifestyle... Keith (asters) handyman from Devizes give yourself a pat on the back! Disgusting.

We are trying to sell our shared ownsership property and words cant describe how shocking communication has been with aster. Moving house is stressful enough but it takes days to get response to emails and they never answer the phone. Cant describe how bad aster have been and they really need to sort this out as multiple reviews stating the same thing!

We live in a Shared ownership property , Aster have increased our service charge by approx 1,000 a month , they have no duty of care for their residents /tenants and their website does not reflect the actual company or service they provide , they know they are having an impact on our health but do not seem to care , they do not listen and continue to in my opinion ' bulldoze' ahead with their plans and take NO responsibility for their actions or what processes and procedures they have not followed
