Love this shop but had an issue with an item posted to wrong address (miscommunication)
It was rectified at once but I was out of pocket for the return postage
Today we visited Devizes (several weeks later) and they insisted on refunding postage money more than it had actually cost me
Bought a beautiful pink handbag too at a great price !
Always my go to shop whenever we are in Devizes
