        Having scoured the internet for possible solutions, I found Dibtech Computers in a Parish magazine. Despite being quite busy, and it being a Friday afternoon, Mark immediately responded to my request for support. He dealt with my laptop problem in an extremely professional and reassuring manner, paying particular attention to privacy and security. Mark gave very clear instructions and solved the issue, also improving the overall performance of my laptop. The cost was extremely competitive and I would highly recommend Dibtech Computers.

        I recently bought a renewed EliteDesk from Mark at Dibtech, a replacement for my seven-year old Pavilion desktop with all of its attendant problems (mostly my fault). The new computer is a delight, surprisingly compact and very fast. All of the previous glitches have been sorted and all of my data transferred. Mark also installed some additional software that he thought would be useful (it is). A couple of start-up difficulties were quickly resolved by a telephone call. Dibtech's service has been first class, I will happily use the company for the next upgrade.
