Shocking customer service, stay away . I found the number online on website with mobile number looking to book landlord's gas safety certificate. I was asked to call the office number, which i did . The lady that answered the phone asked to email details, then she will reply even i said I wanted to book service on the phone and give all details . I was told to email details. I emailed address and my details booked service in 3 weeks time . Then received another email asking for tenants as it is tenanted , as i didn't sent my tenants details ,received email later on the same day they cancelled booking as they have asked me 3 times for tenants details and i can find another company , honestly how unprofessional .
