They damaged my newly fitted front door by scratching it with my furniture they werent even going to stop until my husband shouted stop! They didnt pay for the damage or even offered to pay for it, now going through small claims court & they still not admitting the damage. I thought the company would have insurance to cover this but they obviously dont want to make a claim-customer service is disgusting.
