We came on a wet Friday afternoon with no expectations and found, a massive kids section in a warm and welcoming space with really understanding and patient staff who made me feel very welcome despite my tiny toddler, pulling every book off the shelf he could, and my daughter having three phantom poo visits to the toilet. They also helped to keep my son quiet while filling out the forms for his library card
