Don't Bother - RUDE!!!! I rang them for a quote went through various options to finally speak to a woman who basically hung up on me when I asked for a quote. She said she cant quote without opening an acocunt for me?!?!? Never heard such nonsense in my life. When I queried, she just hung up. Call made 10th Nov approx 10.50am. They'll ask for your data before offering a price. Not good!

Have a problem with my oil tank (broken lock caused by driver), I rang to enquire when it was likely to be fixed, waited nearly 17 minutes for the phone to be answered. After a lot of toing and froing the lady said she would look in to the problem and call me back,Three days later not heard nothing

Very disappointing service. I went out to meet the driver and offer a hot drink etc. but it later turned out he did not dispense any oil because the tank was more than 10 years old. The worst thing was that he drove off after about 10 minutes without saying anything; he left a carbon copy of a site report which looked similar to a delivery receipt and I could so easily missed the fact that he hadn't actually filled the tank. This was less than 2 weeks before Christmas, it would have been common curtesy to explain what he was doing and/or offered to dispense a partial amount to keep us going over Christmas.

Received a leaflet from them offering 10 off my next order This is the company that I rang for quote. The salesman quoted a price double the one I had already got. When I said I can get it a lot cheaper he started slagging of a company I didnt know . I got my fuel half the price he quoted from somebody whom was further away. Do not use these cowboys.
