I've always been treated well by friendly staff and treatments seem to work. I've always been impressed that staff always remember my name regardless whether I'm coming in for an appointment, to make an appointment or doing my day job.

I went to Hatts with really bad pain under my shoulder blade, I saw Emma for manual therapy, which confirmed I had a knot. She started the therapy course, and I also had rehab exercises to help relieve and prevent anything from returning. Emma also tried acupuncture, which I have never tried before and it was amazing and helped. After weeks of their help I have reached my goal of being pain free. I would be very happy to recommend Hatts they are amazing and the reception staff knew who I was after the first appointment and were always welcoming Thank you to Hatts for their help
