Excellent help with choosing the perfect hat for my outfit, even added a touch of colour to match the wedding colour theme. Was able to take my outfit in to try on with the hat to make sure I was totally happy. Very helpful and pleasent staff. I hired my hat, but they also sell the hats.

I'm so sad Joan is retiring, because she's brilliant at what she does. We had an appointment at 10am and were out within 15 minutes because she'd managed to find the perfect hat for the occasion we needed it for. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a hat for an occasion.
