I have been going to this salon for over 5 years and absolutely love Jasmine and the work she has done for me. I missed an appointment a year ago and was so sorry I paid 50 cash so that the stylist would not be out of pocket. The salon now have a policy in place that if you miss a hair cut appointment you pay 20. I forgot my appointment this week so went in to apologise and pay the 20 fee and rearrange. I was charged 55!!!!! When I questioned this I was told that as a re offender I must pay for the full cost of a cut. Scott offered to refund this fee but said if I accepted the refund I was no longer welcome in his shop. I was really shocked and upset! I have decided that he has made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that this was the best option. What a sad end to a great 5 year working relationship with Jasmine who is not in anyway to blame for the shabby behaviour of the salon owner. What a way to treat a happy loyal customer.
