For Dad's funeral at the end of October, Paul, Ashley and the whole team were excellent throughout. They were very caring, considerate, thoughtful and sympathetic and they were expert at removing the "hassle" wherever possible. It was of course a very sad time for the whole family but the day of the funeral went off really well and the wake was wonderful ... in no small part thanks to AP McDonald. On the passing of our Mother, we contacted Paul of A P McDonald Funeral Services. We, as an entire family, were just so thankful to Paul in the way he dealt with things from the very first phone call. He spoke with pure emotion, clear instruction and we just knew we were all in safe hands. He is totally sympathetic to any individual needs, goes so far out of his way to ensure everyone involved is kept regularly informed, and quite literally shoulders so much of the stress and worry of all the family. It was a true pleasure to deal with his Family run business and to be quite honest, we, as an entire family, wouldnt hesitate to recommend Paul to any family going through similar sad times. We can not thank A. P McDonald enough. We lost our beautiful Nan and all the team at A. P McDonald were so supportive, facilitating to our needs and the communication was outstanding throughout. We have used Paul for a previous funeral and the company have gone above and beyond for all of the family. Our family and friends collectively appreciate the company's professionalism and emotional support during a very difficult period in our lives. We will always speak so very highly of them.
