I had bad experience! I have ordered some embroidery for some hoodies and some golf gloves and the manager said that will be ready in 2 weeks but took 6weeks. When i came to take them they were with the wrong embroidery and dirty. So it took another 2weeks to re-do them I didn't receive any discount just sory like this will help me I will never order from Ohm clothing Swindon.

Been over 6 weeks waiting for our order and still havent received. We have been promised a number of dates that the order would be completed. We are always chasing them. Some members of staff can be rude on the phone. As a business myself I feel this is a acceptable way to conduct business. (First bad review written about a company thats how bad I feel about the service or lack of)

Placed order. Waited 6 wks for part of the 8 item order. After chasing ohm was told it would be a further 6 wks. Asked for a refund twice and settled for a change of items. Still have not received full order. Had enough still waiting for a refund. Thankyou for your response. You get angry when you yourselves give very bad service. Point made when I still haven't recieved a refund.
