        In the height of a cold snap, with snow on the ground, our heating and water system packed up. It wasn't a plumbing issue, however; the electric control panel (which had been on the blink) had given up the ghost. We contacted HR Hislop and, because it was something of an emergency, Harry himself came over, picking up a new control panel en route. We'd supplied photos of the defunct panel, so he knew which one to get and, once installed, heating and water were back on. Harry also explained how, should this ever happen again, we could manually override the panel and activate the heating/water. We were very grateful for his speedy, expert service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending HR Hislop.
