I have just moved to Devizes and I cannot praise the Surgery enough. From the reception staff upwards. Despite being extremely busy they have given me time and great support. I could not ask for better.

Having been really poorly and confined to bed for 6days, I phoned just after 8am. I explained my signs and symptoms to the efficient, kind receptionist and was offered an initial call back from a clinician. Id no sooner hung up and my phone rang - the surgery! I felt appropriately assessed and my prescription was ready lunch time. Marvellous care.

they have changed the visitor parking to thier own parking no avaliable parking spots near by you could use morrisions but if your like me and have heart problems might take you a while to get there..... emergency calls only before 2pm this rules is genuinely stupid if its a emergency ring 999 not these plumbs and theres one women thier who is utterly rude and incoheriante to your needs she also said i wasnt allowed my own health record and i had to go through a right palarvor to get it even tho its my legal right to have it.... honestly this surgury is getting worse and worse year by year and i been at this surgury nearly all my life ....... really no visitor parking this is a bit outrageous but for perfectly well doctors you cam park as close as you want hmmm stupidity at its max ..... P.S i will be parking out the back as i have heart issues which concern me more then your employees feelings
