        I found the receptionist's very condescending, once I turned up for an appointment, took it in my lunch hour from work, checked in to tell her I was there, an hour later I was still sat there, everybody that came in after me had been and gone, when checking with the receptionist all she said was . "Oh sorry was I talking when you checked in" changed it to the high street and it was the best move I have ever done.
