The rudeness is another level! Every single time I go in there's an issue, the staff are all rude apart from one younger lady in her 20s. The rest are really rather unpleasant to interact with. The evri parcel system is great but if it runs out of paper wear your big girl pants, take a deep breath and be prepared!!!

Rude staff! A number of occasions recently I have tried to send Evri parcels and each time the same two women are snappy and say they have too many in the back. Which maybe out of their control but their attitudes shouldn't be! And they serve age restrictied products to underage teens P$$r poor!

I called to ask about a printer for my returns parcel the lady on the phone was snappy and so rude! She snapped we cant take anymore we have too many I then asked another question and she hung up! If you hate your job that much get a new one you rude .

Asked to collect my parcel and the member of staff rolled her eyes at me because its obviously a huge inconvenience for her.
