Just had a horrendous experience with a staff member. The store itself is great. But a horrible woman who works there, do not know her name, but she has a german accent and stupid tiny glasses decided to tell my daughter off and upset her for touching a box with a doughnut in it. !!!WARNING!!! if you pick something up and put it down in this store, and this horrible woman sees you expect to be berated for it. I think she needs lessons in customer service. M&S customer service standards are normally very high and this woman is nowhere near that standard and likely never will be. Good luck and all the best to the Manager because trying to manage her must be an absolute nightmare.

What's happening to the fresh bread these days? Stocks have been poor for some time now. I used to love your sourdough. Sadly getting to the point where it's not worth popping in :(
