Andrew and the team at Telebeam made our DIY loft conversion possible. With their help and support we were able to convert our truss roof loft space into what is now the master bedroom. The initial installation, planning and key structural decisions were all done with the help of Andrew and the Telebeam team. Their customer support, advice and guidance even helped influence the positioning of our staircase and windows. Thank you for going the extra mile - those little customer service extras made such a difference. We are thrilled with the finished project. They didnt just sell me a loft conversion system - they ensured I could fit it myself with limited help from the trade. Lovely company to deal with.

Customer service won't accommodate selling any length of telebeams without drawings.

Absolutely fantastic!! I had my Telebeam system delivered on Monday 22nd of November and after 2 busy days and with the help of a friend, we'd got all the beams fitted and screwed in. After just over a week, I'm now at the stage where building control have signed off all structural work and I'm starting the insulation and stairs. I don't believe I'd be anywhere close to this stage if I'd used the traditional route of steels and timbers. furthermore, I wouldn't be able to use the stair design put forward by Telebeam because of head space. I can't express enough how thoroughly impressed I am with Telebeam, as a loft conversion system and as a company. From the initial online quote, through to having a site inspection by Aaron (who was very personable, thorough and professional), the follow up emails about timescales and payments. Right though to delivery, by Digby (the man behind the Telebeam system), no less!! I honestly cannot fault them. They even included 2 packs of biscuits with the fittings!!. If you are thinking of converting your loft and trying your hand at some of the work yourself to save a few , I wouldn't look anywhere else. I'm not a builder, just on confident diy'er and other than a bit of elbow grease it's been relatively easy, which is in part due to the thoroughness of Telebeam and the instructions they give you. If I could give them more than a five star rating, I would . Thank you Telebeam
