KFR

KFR made our house clearance very straightforward. Booking the date was easy and advance communications were clear. On the day Dan and his team were fantastic. Very professional, cheerful, and hard-working with the appropriate number of staff and vans for the job. I am very happy to recommend KFR, this was definitely a case of "money well spent" for us.

A wonderful re-use charity. We have donated lots of items, as well as purchased many items. KFR do pick-ups of large items, as well as delivery of large items. We visit regularly and there is always lots of new items, and it's just a matter of time before the right piece comes in! We will be buying all our furniture and white good here going forwards to support re-use and the local community. The staff are super-friendly and make us feel welcome every visit. We can't recommend KFR enough!!

It's a good charity to see refurbish goods but that's why I have added the extra star but I would've added only one star for following below My best mate who has special needs used to work at KFR as a volunteer white goods engineer but understandably had to pause the work due the COVID pandemic but now we are out of the pandemic they never recalled him back after 3 years. Absolutely appalling they never recalled him back, all my best mate ever wanted to as a life passion is work in a shop and deal with white goods/domestic appliances all bunged into one which they knew but never recalled him back absolutely shocking. I would've added 5 stars if he was still there or I would've added 1 star if I never mentioned about refurbishment of various goods. It would be a miracle if they recalled him.
