DG Outdoor Training

Bootcamp is great fun even at 5:30am in the morning. Absolutely love the sessions and the amazing community feel from other fellow bootcampers. Greg always mixes it up and brings in lots of fun twists to make it even more enjoyable.

I would recommend TT to anyone in the blink of an eye. The training and experience have been second to none, all abilities are taken into account. The instructors are so friendly and experienced in what they do. The atmosphere between the people who attend is very welcoming and friendly as well. If anyone out there is looking to get fit and have fun doing it I highly recommend TT.

Townson Training is great for mental as well as physical health. I honestly couldnt recommend it enough. Its brilliant, and the people who come every week are brilliant too. I have been going for nearly a year now and I can 100% see the positive difference to my health and my love ones around me have noticed too.
