ND Paving & Building Ltd

Had our driveway done earlier this year by ND Paving and paid thousands extra at the time to have fascias and guttering replaced. At first rain in July this year, it was clear the guttering had not been fitted properly at a bracket and whenever it rains it pours from the guttering landing on our flat porch roof below. It is very, very noisy hitting that porch roof and has kept the household awake whenever it rains. I let ND paving and building know about the issue on 22nd July and regularly ever since by call, text, email and even sent WhatsApp videos it is now 14th September and I have had no response whatsoever. I marked it as urgent and explained the noise it was causing. Its a shame that I have had to chase this up for over 2 months with no response which is not good customer service.

We used an online portal and had 6 responses with 4 quotes, 3 actually turned up to assess the works required. Noah of ND Paving & building Ltd was nothing but professional and friendly.. The final outcome was over and above what we expected for such a good price. Not only that, but the work was completed before time! almost unheard of nowadays! The Drive Looks Fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company for Drive way installation. Service: Driveway replacement
