The best test of true professionals is how they deal with difficulties and set backs. My garden was difficult to access, there was limited space out the front to keep materials, the weather was unpredictable and most of Matt's team were off sick. Yet Keef (the dog) and Matt kept turning up with a wag and a smile, respectively, and created a beautifully crafted back and front for my family to enjoy. The site was kept tidy and secure, Matt was mindful of neighbours, and he sought my input when there were choices to be made. Really glad we had the work done and really glad we asked Cowen to do it.
