Nervous about having a towbar fitted to my car, but necessary to tow a caravan, I called Dependable Towbars and was completely put at ease. No visible cut, and absolutely over the moon with the service, knowledge and workmanship. Have absolutely no problems recommending them for a fantastic service all round. Really happy, thank you.

Ian was very good, he came exactly when he said he would. He was very through and explained how everything worked, never having had a detachable towbar before. He was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him. We would definitely use him again.

Didn't show up to fit the tow bar, called me after the appointment to say he didn't had the part. Some people should not be allowed to operate businesses. Stay Away. *This is an edit to my review, I will keep one star rating due to the response of the owner, that proves my point. I've got the phone calls recorded for our agreement, I've paid a one day insurance to take my car to get the towbar fitted for nothing, so it's a shame they don't even own their mistakes..
