Best Parties Ever Maidstone

Booked an event for approximately 55 clinical staff. Owing to 10day isolation being brought in at the time for contact with a Covid positive case, we had to cancel to protect our businesses ability to continue to provide a service. This company refused any form of refund, even for the drinks tokens and wine we purchased, of which there clearly is no loss to the company. Apparently failing to give any form of refund helps them cover their losses in the last year. No organisation should run a business without any form of refund policy.

Diabolical... we have been going for many years and 2021 was by far the worse!! would give minus stars if I could. This worked out at 97.25 per head for my staff. Over an hours wait to get in, in the freezing cold, no organization what so ever. Showing the Covid pass is a joke, could have been your Tesco Clubcard for all the notice they took. Was it Christmas?? you would never know - not even a cheap cracker or bit of tinsel on the table. Service was absolutely shocking - over an hours wait for the starter and then the same again for the main course. Dessert was a plate of rock hard miniscule brownies and mince pies at some point chucked on the table. It just smacked of cheap, cheap, cheap. I paid for drinks vouchers and came home with over 30 as you couldn't get to the bar to get drinks! I have emailed my complaint and still no reply ..... Wont be going ever again .... Only positive is the DJ, Simon - great set.

Food was tasteless. Barman selling coke in the toilets. 10 for a double shot & mixer. Mixer straight from a plastic Pepsi bottle. For the price of the tickets, the whole event is a rip off.

Was lucky enough to secure a table for my team on the 20th. What an incredible night! From start to finish we were made to feel special. We had quite a few dietarys which we thought would be an issue but the waiting staff made sure all our needs were catered for which was great and the manager even came over to check on us and ensure all our food was okay. The entertainment was fantastic, and we danced the night away after to such a good selection of music by the DJ. We will certainly be back again next year. Thank you to the Maidstone team for making our Christmas special! X

We went to Maidstone Best Parties Ever for our work Christmas do. Personally I had an amazing time, the drinks and canaps to start with were really good. The dancers were amazing especially when they were suspended from the ceiling. Dinner was hot and tasty, i had chicken but theres veggie options too. Then we danced the night away on the raised stage to Christmas tunes! Great night, really hope we go back.
