From the initial contact with Kash, the service provided by Ideal Response was excellent. The work undertaken was as per schedule and throughout I was kept informed of the progress. Damp surveyor Yaccine took time to explain and advise at the final visit. Terrible experience using this firm for domestic mould removal services. I paid unfortunately 800 pound for a service that lasted barely 6 weeks. Of course I didn't expect it to be a permanent solution but 6 weeks it totally unacceptable. I have asked for a refund which hasn't been granted. Their service provision included: - Installing air scrubbers to filter airborne particles during cleaning. - Removal loose surface mould using HEPA rated vacuum. - Treat the surface with an anti-microbial solution. - ULV fogging to the room/area to reduce airborne mould spore levels. I should have used a domestic cleaner. They shouldn't be selling this service as they know it doesn't work.

Called Kash after breaking a mercury thermometer where some mercury had gone below the floorboards. She had everything organised in no time and soon Ben and Johny were cleaning up. They had to lift the floorboards but were so careful there was no damage at all. They were so thorough I am completely confident all the mercury is accounted for. Great company with great staff. Thank you.

After speaking with Kash, she arranged to have someone out to help me with getting my house back to a state that would be manageable for me to upkeep myself, after many months of being unable to effectively maintain it myself. The team arrived the next day, and by 1500 had done an amazing job bringing the property back to a good state. They were respectful and thoghrough, even offering to take away any additional items that I did not require. Thank you Kash and team! You are life savers!

Excellent service, Taz and Ben were brilliant! Kept in contact about arrival time and came when they said they would. Explained everything they were going to do, happily answered all my questions and gave great advice about after care/prevention. Completed the job swiftly and were generally extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
