I would like to thank you for your brilliant work on a property recently. I recommended you to my landlord to survey the property and see why there was mould coming through when we had worked so hard to maintain the property. Firstly, you confirmed I was right and the property had just been overcrowded with 3 children and 2 adults and the house could not handle it. You then went ahead and provided a full breakdown of works required and a quote that covered it all including provision for anything that may surprise us! Everything was easily managed by you and easy work for me. Once it was completed, you let me know and I could get it rented for the landlord asap. Start to finish it was simple and easy to work with you, work identified, quoted and completed within budget and deadline. An easy recommendation to anyone of my clients and look forward to working with you in the future I am no longer worried about mould and damp!
