Been searching for a trailer for most part of a year and was worth the wait once I got here. From start to finish. The thing I look for most with anything I buy is customer service and here it exceeded that. Gave me a tutorial on how to connect it up which was needed and both Karl and sally made sure I was happy before purchasing and leaving. Karl made sure my electric were working and even threw in a free adapter and put a rear number plate on to make sure I was legal and safe. Thanks a lot guys.

Poorly managed with hugely disappointing service. We chose H&T because of their great lead times on Brian James trailers, however this turned out to a con. Delivery of the trailer was postponed 4 times without letting us know, this resulted in us having to take days off unpaid only to find ourselves waiting all day for nothing. The situation could have been avoided for the most part if we'd received better communication, however we found ourselves chasing constantly. We are reasonable people and understand things can be delayed but we expect to be kept in the loop and have our calls returned. Trailer is what we ordered, shame we won't be recommending H&T Trailers.
