I have always been reluctant to buy in roof repair services, believing them to be very expensive. I have been extending the life of my room for years by a series of amateur repairs carried out from within the roof space, but the water ingress continued and eventually, I concluded I had to get a professional repair done. So I called a recommended roofer, EP Mills and he carried out two repairs for a very modest price, putting paid to two annoying leaks at long last. Funds permitted a third, more ambitious repair and this was also completed in an economic fashion. I won't be able to gauge the success of this repair until the wall dries out but I have confidence of another job well done. One repair to go and EP Mills will doubtless be called again.
