Viking international tyres Desborough, worst customer service experience. A bunch of racists, I have delivered to them a few times and each time Ive been made to feel like Ive done something wrong for bringing their goods on time. Some times they even refuse to sign the paperwork for no apparent reason. The ring leader is a tall guy who seems to be the one who calls the shots, a nasty bigoted human being!! But their luck will runout one day!!

As a small business owner, I cannot recommend Viking. We ordered tyres online on Monday. The tyres had not arrived by Wednesday, so after a phone call I was told they were on the van. The delivery did not arrive Wednesday or Thursday. After another phone call (on their premium rate phone line 45p p/m) they seemed clueless as to when my order would arrive and said they would ring back. No one called back so rung again on the Friday to be told they had closed my account. Thanks for nothing Viking, I now have an angry customer, lost repeat business and lost profit. Ive now opened an account with Stapletons as I cant afford to waste time and money dealing with clowns.
