        Chris is excellent at communicating, very prompt and responsive. Even quotes and invoices are produced quickly and accurately, which is always a good sign. Chris gave great advice and guided me on a few things regarding the work that needed to be done and after completion today, it is all excellent. I am extremely happy with the work, the finish and how the property was left. Tidies up well after himself and makes sure there is as little disruption to surrounding decor and surfaces as possible.
