        Although the missus and I don't get to go as often as we would like, the Arboretum is one of our favourite places to go. It's quiet, away from the rush of everyday life and the cafe there is absolutely amazing with variety of cakes, treats and meals freshly baked and cooked throughout the day. It's a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy peaceful walks or just to dine.

        A fantastic green space with plenty to explore. So many spring flowers and bulbs. Dogs are welcome except for the Squirrel enclosure but there are plenty of water bowls dotted about and areas marked to let them off their leads. There are only 3 squirrels at the moment so you may not see them but you can visit as often as you like. There is a gravel path with grass paths shooting off so walking boots are not necessary.
