Not good for me! I bought a car from Rossiters in December 2022, they told me the services were fully up to date but it turned out they weren't, they performed a MOT on the vehicle but then I found two faults which the car should of failed on, the car also had a fault with the stop/start function and they tried to fob me off saying it was due to cold weather despite the weather being quite mild. I have now returned the car and I am 500 out of pocket so I'm having to make a small claim to recover my losses. Shocking customer service considering the price of their cars.

Ive had a great experience buying from Rossiters. Chris and Richard were excellent and went went above and beyond from start to finish. My F Pace had a problem 10 months after buying it and again Chris/Richard went above and beyond contributing towards the cost even though my car was out of warranty. I always say you really only start to understand how good a business is when something goes wrong and Rossiters proved how good their service is. I would have no hesitation in buying from Chris/Richard again in fact I even called Chris when looking for a X3 for my wife.

AAAA + PURCHASED MY TOYOTA AURIS on 14/Jan 23 ... Spoke with Chris & Richard over the phone who described the vehicle to exactly as it was ... Smooth purchase from start to finish and no pressure at all... Very helpful and informative and will not hesitate again to use their services... I'd like to thank you all for my stress-free purchase of my new car from yourselves... See you again when my daughter passes her test
