Mel was an outstanding first contact, who has wealth of knowledge and experience in the property market. This has been extremely helpful over the years, as she is full of great advice. Mel has given us correct property valuations every time, and has always achieved the sale price or more. She is passionate about her job and this is reflected in the rest of the team. Who are always a pleasure to see in branch or speak to on the other end of the phone. The viewings are led by friendly and professional members of staff. I am especially fond of Lynne, who is knowledgeable, approachable and takes the time to advise buyers of all features of any property and its' location. There have been many comments on how friendly and lovely Lynne is, by many of my clients. The sales and after service is unlike any other, we have experienced with other agents. Brittons take the time to follow up with solicitors and ensure the sale progresses smoothly and quickly. Katie has shown outstanding drive and competence when assisting us and our buyers with legals. She has a wealth of experience of guiding buyers and sellers through the sometimes daunting process of buying and selling, and is always a happy and friendly voice at the end of the phone. Arranged to view a property, 2 hours later they cancel the viewing given a flinsy excuse: 'Tenant in situ don't allow them to enter the property'. Yet, on their website, photos of the property I was interested show a vacant house.
