Ditch Your Trauma

Could not be more thankful to Tony for everything he's done. I got referred to him during a very difficult time in my life and he was incredibly generous to me right off the bat. I spent about 2 years with tony, some breaks in between as you may expect. He enabled me to learn how to love myself, let go of neediness, know myself better, use hypnotherapy techniques and to make use of my greatest strengths in order to heal myself - as a counselling student, this was right up my alley. Coming out of these sessions of therapy (once I understood the next steps of my therapeutic healing are going to be elsewhere) I've left with a much stronger sense of self and a renewed sense of vitality and valour. Thank you very much, Tony. I shall always be grateful for what you've done for me John

I had cause to need Havening from Julie French of Aha! It was amazing!! A deeply held traumatic memory simply disappeared. It just wasnt there after the session - which incidentally was done via Skype! Julie was in Spain. This in NO way minimised the effectiveness of the session. It was so good I signed up to train as a Havening Practitioner myself. I am so grateful to Aha! for all they bring.

For anybody who is struggling with life, yourself or even others, i can honestly say Tony Burgess is a magician. Gone are the days of self doubt, anxiety and depression.
