Absolutely fantastic service, very professional, very responsive and knows everything worth knowing. I first met with Kristine in December of 2020, she was fantastic, had brilliant advice and had answers to all of my questions. I decided to put my Kennels on the market in spring 2021 and had a buyer within a few months and we completed at the end of the summer. Selling a business (much like selling a house) is stressful, but Kristine was such a support, she understands this market so well and really knows what is going on at all times, she was available to speak in the evenings and on the weekends. I don't know how I would have gotten through this process without The Kennel Agency. I cannot recommend this business (and Kristine) highly enough.

Kristine is always available to answer any queries and gives the benefit of her extensive knowledge and experience. The process can be very stressful, particularly in the early stages of looking to buy your first boarding establishment. We completed on the sale of our kennel purchase in November 2019, 12 months after our initial viewing. Having never bought a business before we were completely nave to the whole process and whilst we felt initially a little daunted by what we were about embark on, Kristine was quick to put us at ease with her immense knowledge of the industry and her professional approach of doing business. The duration of our particular deal was lengthy due to complications with the sale of our property, which was frustrating for all concerned - but Kristine's calming influence and input up and down the sales chain helped to pacify our concerns. She was always quick to respond to questions, which was often outside normal working hours and she helped mange expectations, taking a proactive communication approach dealing with potentially difficult questions swiftly and efficiently. We also used Kevin their mortgage broker, who was extremely helpful facilitating the financial elements of the deal. Great place if you want to buy a kennels!!! Kristine is very supportive throughout and always available to answer questions and offer her support. We also used Kevin thier mortgage broker who was invaluable from start to finish.
