It took me 2 days from making the first phone call to the car being delivered to my doorstep. It was great to deal with just one person from making the enquiry to the car being dropped. Tom (Thomas Hanson) was professional in his dealings and never came across as pushy. It was a pleasure to have done business with Marshall (through Tom). He is an asset to your organisation. Overall top class service.

Had a very good experience here. Tim did an exceptional job of taking us through the options and found us a car that perfectly met what we needed. All staff have been helpful and patient with our many questions. Very good buying experience.

We bought a new volvo from Marshalls a year ago...in all honesty the customer service was very poor. (No Customer Services) As we entered the reception area yesterday to book my 1st service the greeting we received was brilliant from the general manager, the reception lady and the service booking receptionist. We where not receiving special treatment because of our past poor experience with Marshalls as none of the above people mentioned above had never met us before.
