What a totally brilliant company this is! A real breath of fresh air! Hands up - I chose Glowfrog because it was a business local to me & I wasnt totally satisfied with previous specialist videographers, and that was down to inflexibility of sales and other irksome stuff large companies who are big in their area have stuck on them! I thought give them a try - why not! From start to finish communication was excellent (although I did spend too long on the phone chatting. Matt is very friendly and easy to talk to!) Matt and the team at Glowfrog came to my dance school show to video the production for us. They arrived at the time they said, set up and got the job done so professionally that we hardly knew they were there. They went above and beyond what they said they would do. Post production was excellent and again, Matt was very communicative and the result was beyond my expectations. As I said, I have used other services providers who specialise in my type of production and hand-on-heart can state that Matt and Glowfrog just blow them out of the water. This is a company whose number is now permanently in my address book.!
