        Friendly reception lady Debra and the vet Lucy was friendly and I felt they really cared for my pet cat Ezio. Very clean rooms with a professional and efficient service. Thoroughly checked Ezio and made sure he was comfortable for his vaccine. Advised on dental treatment that will be needed in around 6 months and gave me information and quote for this procedure. Very happy with our experience.

        Weird passive-aggressive, anxious, ambivalent, disingenuous and pushy atmosphere in this vets that seems to emanate from Emma, who runs this practice. One vet tells me my dog's teeth are great, another one keeps trying to sell me their teeth cleaning service.
