        Absolute embarrassment to the enterprise brand. Zero customer service or communication skills. The staff here are clearly in need of some training as they all seem to hate their jobs.

        Very poor and unprofessional customer service. The communication between the maintenance team and the main office is unbelievably a shambles. I was promised two different days to pick up my Van in their repair shop, drove all the way from up North just to be told that its not ready! What a mess that noone seems to know anything but pass on the blame to somebody else!
