Absolute joker! We travelled for almost 2 hours to view a car, i had called that morning & booked to view it. The car was advertised as full mot & a credit to the previous owner. It had no mot, an illegal tire, linkage loose & brakes were shot. Totally wasted out time!

Wouldnt recommend, booked a appointment to view a car arrived 1 hour early to show we wasnt messing the dealership around , when we got there got told by Mike 90min prior to us arriving for our appointment a finance company have bought the car and hes waiting to hear back from them after travelling 2hrs to see the car .

One of the most trusted motor dealer I have ever met. I truly wish I could have purchased a car from these guys especially Mike. If he wanted to he could have sold me a car with problems but NO he told me the deal is off as the car has a fault. Today I did a round trip of 500 miles nearly and ended up coming home minus a car as the dealer promised the car is ready to go with perfect history. Checked the car and it was recently repaired, headlight clips broken, engine making funny noises. Some people will try and take your money and run but the guys at Master Cars will actually go out of the way to help you and only sell you a car if they know its 100% fit for the road. As I said before I wish these guys had the car Im after, I trust them more than others at this moment of time. Thank you for your honesty from start to end and one day Ill be back.

I have to say , fantastic service , Master cars Derby Ltd. sold my car , within a week , I can recommend Master Cars ,buying or selling your vehicle . Great friendly service , no hassle . Give them a go !
