Just bought my first car from here today, excellent service. Spotted the car online at midnight and drove off with it 12 hours later. Everything as described and well cleaned ready for collection. When I arrived I was met by a lovely Man named Suki who was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend! (Editing post review) After a month with the car its clear it was sold with a dying battery and electrical issues with the dipped headlights. These are easy to fix but were not mentioned before my purchase of the vehicle. I also received an email saying the warranty given with the car is voided because the dealearship did not pay for it despite them trying numerous times to get in contact. Just be careful if you sre to by a car from this place.

avoid avoid avoid! bought a car in June for my mum.. meriva 3k the car had nothing but problems.. weird noises, bulging tyre, loss of power etc. the car had been back and forth to used car click and despite getting legal advice they refused a refund. Kully the owner is shocking no communication very obstructive. point blank refused refund and said take him to court. they've been reported to Trading Standards. this company is a shambles! Avoid. Suki was the only person that kept in communication and still could t give a refund as Kully was being obstructive. over 3 months the car had been in garages more than my mum had driven it.. she literally only drove it for 2 weeks in the last 3 months!! Avoid this company and MOT services Derby which is the registered company.

I've recently bought a range rover sports 2012, before I bought the car I was told the car comes with 3months warranty, to which I said I need 12months warranty, as I wanted piece of mind and i even said I am willing to pay extra for the 12months warranty, I was charged for the warranty and I was assured that you would get warranty paperwork via email. I've been chasing every week since I bought the car, and kept being told it's being sorted, now that 3 months warranty is over. I rang them to get an update I was told that email Kully, I emailed him on several occasions but never had any response back from him. I kept on ringing them and they were making me go round and round in circle. Recently I had a problem with range rover with power performance I rang to say this is the issue with a car there exact words from Sales Rep "well if you had the warranty we would've done something about it" bear in mind this is the guy who kept telling me warranty is being sorted. I've had awful experience with them and their customer services is absolutely shocking to say the least, I would never recommend these to anyone.
