We purchased our new car with Richard who made the experience pleasant and very easy. He was very professional and helpful from start to finish and went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal possible. Would recommend.

Bought a Mercedes e class, the buying experience was good purchased extended warranty which I was told would cover everything by the salesman (David Gillespie);BIG mistake.After covering approximately 1000 miles the suspension failed, called the warranty company, they told me to have the problem diagnosed at BSM, the earliest appointment was in 4 weeks and they wanted me to pay 99 for the privilege. Long story short I took the car to Mertruck Mercedes in derby who diagnosed the problem and then repaired the car by replacing the air suspension airbags at a total cost of 1550. And guess what the warranty company said air suspension is not covered. What bothers me is I was not aware that the car had air suspension, The salesman LIED to me and was backed up by his sales manager who refused to reply to my calls. Once they have your money there the relationship ends.

I went to view a car was looked after by Richard cooper he was very good didnt push to buy car gave me lots of options and gave me time to decide Once bought Richard kept in touch daily with updates on my car status then drove my car to my house for me Thank you Richard for making the process smooth and easy

We started looking for a first car for my 17 year olds at Motornation, Bristol Street Motors, and then went on to test drive cars at many other dealers. The dealer at Motornation, Has, was the most helpful from all the other dealers that we visited. He appeared to genuinely want us to find the right car, irrespective of who we purchased it from. When we found what we wanted, we were delighted that the car happened to be at Motornation, so that we could do business with Has. Brilliant service and highly recommended.
