        Having travelled up to Derby to HZL i can honestly say it was worth it tenfold, the trainers at HZL were professional all the way through and i cannot recommend enough, i thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt a lot too along with a new methodology in physical intervention Thank you to Al & Steve again.
