Very happy with the service. We needed a wheel, tyre and nuts in an emergency that's not a regular size, also there were 4 different types and they went over and above to find out the correct wheel required for us to collect. I would highly recommend as they certainly take the time to meet the requirements of the customer and while they are doing that you feel like you are the only one that matters.

Over two hundred miles from home my long serving trailer decided to die by breaking an axle. I was near Derby at the time and called the Derby branch who could not have been more helpful. They concurred with my own assessment that my trailer was not worth repairing. They just happened to have a new trailer which I bought on the spot and also found a scrap dealer so I could dispose of the old one. There was help in transferring the load, and I made it home, albeit somewhat later than originally planned. The new tri-axle trailer handles very well, and I am sure it will serve me well in the coming years. Hats off to Scott and his team.
