I have used the company for some trips without any issue. Booked a taxi from DE55 to DE24 and the dispatcher said the taxi was on his way. After waiting for 15mins, he called back saying I must make payment before the taxi starts the journey? Question begs why didn't you tell me when I called first. Why the afterthought??? Something fishy. Well I cancelled the trip and will never use them.

I booked a taxi to attend a family meal the taxi failed to turn up and when i contacted them i was told there was no taxis available and it would be 20 minutes when i complained i was told that this was due to Ramadan and the drivers were on breaks. They should make this clear or not take any bookings for that time period

Absolutely terrible. Waiting for over a hour and still no taxi. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered taxi twice and either not turned up or very very late and missed connection. Since they have been taken over, they have gone from a 5 to a 1. Will be looking for another taxi company to use.

If i could give zero i would, booked through uber and went to wait outside when it said driver was there. Get outside and hes two minutes away, so i wait. He drives a bit more and then stops at the same place for 7 minutes. Been left waiting out in the rain and couldnt even get a hold of the driver or the company.
