Previous Review: Quick and thorough. Edit - in actual fact they missed that the chimney was literally falling apart, and when we asked them to resurvey, they came out but did not update their report. They came back with a long list of the reports they decided we should have got before they would even tell us what the report they should have written would have said. They have only offered a refund, which we had to accept. Be aware that if they miss something, unless you get every report thry suggested, they won't do more. We paid for a level 3 survey.

I recently used Gold Crest for a building survey, and I'm happy to say that they exceeded my expectations. The team delivered the survey on time, and the report provided was incredibly detailed, clear, and instructive. Throughout the process, Gold Crest was very professional, and I was particularly impressed with their level of responsiveness and follow-up. I'm so pleased I decided to instruct Gold Crest Chartered Surveyors to carry out a survey on the property I was looking to purchase. When I viewed the property it looked amazing and was decorated to a high standard. The survey revealed a lot of underlying issues which I wasn't aware of. The survey was very detailed and I liked how the keys points were graded in order of priority. What I thought was going to be a good purchase could have been very costly in future. I would highly recommend Gold Crest Surveyors.

Gold Crest conducted a Building Survey for us at the end of last year. We received a quick response and the survey was done within a week of booking it! They sent the report 7 days after the survey took place and we were very pleased with the level of detail provided in the report. We arranged a call with our surveyor, Imran Ali, to ask some follow up questions and he was incredibly helpful and happy to explain anything we didn't understand. All of the admin staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to emails. Our experience was faultless and would therefore highly recommend Gold Crest.
