It's shut basically. "Covid", "unprecedented demand", Who believes this rubbish? The place is being slowly closed down. They employ more people to answer the phone to tell you that there's no appointments for 3 weeks. Maybe employ doctors to see people instead of call centre staff to get em shifted off the phone and out the way. All the excuses yet the place is empty when you get there. The doctors is shut, that's the situation, the "urgent care centre" is a complete waste of time, we know that, they know that. It's just another part of the fob off process. They know the urgent care place will do nothing except refer you back to your doctor. Round in circles til you die. One less person in the call queue I suppose. Too many people to even join the call queue this morning.

Disgusting service, just spoke to a receptionist called Jo. They want to know why youre calling but have absolutely no idea the process of what needs to be done as to why youre callingdoesnt make sense? They have told me I need to go to the Florence Nightingale - I havent lived in Derby that long so I asked for the address. I got told I dont know look it up online. Absolutely zero care for their patients and Jo was short and rude to me all the way through the call. This particular receptionist needs a lot of training or sacking!

Thank you for the help and support I've received from staff and doctors. I've managed to get through and have a call back after waiting in a phone queue for aprox 20 mins which is way better than I've had in years at St Thomas Road Surgery. I'm very glad i switched to the Vernon Street Surgery. Thank you for your hard work in these difficult times with huge pressures on every Healthcare setting.

Awful. Wasted lots of my time by sending me to an emergency walk in centre that couldn't help me and when I did finally get a face to face appointment, when I showed up at the surgery I was informed by reception that there had been a mistake and it would be a video consultation as the doctor was working from home but I could dial in from the waiting room ??? Patient confidentiality ??
